Principals

Bill is the Managing Principal of our Columbus Office and serves as the Director of our HW Healthcare Advisors Group. With an involvement in the Healthcare Industry for over 25 years, Bill specializes in a wide array of Healthcare Advisory Services including Medicare and Medicaid Payment, Strategic Planning, Sales & Acquisitions, IT System Conversions, MDS/ RUGs, and Corporate Compliance.

Bill has previously served in numerous capacities with the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services, including that of Chief of the Bureau of Long-Term Care Reimbursement. Bill is a noted lecturer on various health care topics for many organizations.

Bill served as a member of the Nursing Facility Reimbursement Study Council, Formula Sub Committee, and is a member of the AOPHA Public Policy Committee, the AOPHA Financial Management Committee and in 2003 was awarded the AOPHA Board Award of Distinction. Bill has been a member of our practice since 1986.
