Delinquent Charitable Registration Filing Letters Issued by Ohio Attorney General

Many non-profit organizations are currently receiving “Delinquent Charitable Registration Filings” letters from the Ohio Attorney General.  Below is a link to a copy of that letter.  We have verified with the Attorney General’s office that a number of these letters were sent out in error to non-profit organizations that were in full compliance with their initial registration and annual reporting requirements.
