Serving clientele in the real estate market for more than 30 years, Ed concentrates his practice on closely-held businesses in the real estate, distribution and service industries and tax strategies for individuals and trusts.

Ed’s tax experience includes areas such as tax deferred like-kind exchanges, rehabilitation tax credits for historic buildings, charitable contributions of real estate and cash flow projections for proposed development.

Ed has been a member of our practice since 2007 after combining his firm, Ball & Associates, with HW&Co.
