INTERNSHIPS

This program is designed to allow qualifying students to work with the Firm from January through April 15th.  We offer internships in our Healthcare, Tax, and Accounting & Auditing Departments.  An intern performs accounting services for our clients much like a first year staff member. After successfully completing an internship, you may receive an offer to return to the Firm as a Staff Accountant upon completion of your degree.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

First year Staff Accountants typically start within our Accounting & Auditing Department with the opportunity to work on audit, tax and/or healthcare engagements. During your first six months at HW&Co., you will be matched with a mentor, usually a senior accountant or manager, who will assist you in defining and achieving career objectives, and who will help you become acclimated to the Firm.

SENIOR MANAGER

CPA's with 8+ years of recent public accounting experience focusing in the areas of Accounting & Auditing, Tax and/or Healthcare. Excellent accounting, auditing and or tax technical skills required. Individuals must have experence working with closely-held businesses. This will be a key management position in our Columbus office.

SENIORS and/or MANAGERS

CPA's with 4+ years of recent public accounting experence focusing in the areas of Accounting & Auditing, Tax and/or Healthcare for closely-held businesses.
