HW&Co. Sponsors Buckeye Industries at 2011 COSE Small Business Conference
Buckeye Industries, a business enterprise of New Avenues to Independence, recently participated in their first COSE Small Business Conference held at the I‐X Center. The conference included educational workshops, national keynote speakers, a business-to-business tradeshow and networking opportunities. This was Buckeye Industries first entry into the business of tradeshow networking that proved to be quite successful.
Howard, Wershbale & Co. (HW&Co.) sponsored Buckeye Industries in this effort. HW Healthcare Advisors, a specialty practice unit within HW & Co., provides accounting, business management consulting and financial services to a significant number of Ohio's Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled (ICFs/DD) providers. Their experience in clinical documentation, billing, cost reporting and strategic business planning for ICFs/DD clients as well as their involvement with provider trade associations and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services task forces demonstrates their commitment to this service line.
