Leading the firm’s Business Valuation and Merger & Acquisition practice areas, Jim also provides accounting and tax services to a diverse client group, including health care providers, manufacturers, collection agencies, retailers and wholesalers.

Jim has been granted the ABV designation (Accredited in Business Valuations), as well as the CFF designation (Certified in Financial Forensics) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The CFF credential is granted exclusively to CPAs who demonstrate considerable expertise in forensic accounting through their knowledge, skills, and experience.
