American City Business Journals (publisher of Cleveland Business Journal and creator of the MM50) believes this new list will click with northeast Ohio and businesses and is optimistic about the event and partnership with HW&Co.

Nominations are open until June 16th 2021. To be eligible for consideration to make the Middle Market 50 list, a company must:
> Be independent, for-profit and privately held.
> Be headquartered in Northeast Ohio, specifically Cuyahoga, Lorain, Erie, Huron, Richland, Ashland, Wayne, Medina, Summit, Stark, Tuscarawas, Portage, Geauga, Lake, Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, or Columbiana county.
> Have completed three full years of operations.
> Have revenue of at least $2 million in its most recent year.
> Supply documentation of the past three years of company financials. (Must be IRS forms or financial statements from an authorized accounting firm.)
> Agree to have annual revenue figures published in Cleveland Business Journal.
